Avant-Garde College offers training programs that meet industry standards and changing trends. The Esthetician-Skin Care Technician program consists of theory and practical application instruction. 

 

In addition, our students have a Pro discount in our Wholesale storefront location in the school!

 

Admission requirements:

-High school transcript or General Education Development (GED).
-Students under 18 years of age require guardian consent.
-Photo identification and social insurance number.
-Over 19 years of age without grade 12 or GED, mature status may be considered, an entrance exam with a passing mark of 70%.

-A CAST Exam may be required if the applicant attended high school outside Canada.

-We want to ensure that you’ve done your research before you register. Write and submit a report that includes your research on this career path and your goals after graduation.


Financial assistance: Avant-Garde is designated for student loan funding. Visit the Government of Saskatchewan website for more information about the Canada-Saskatchewan Integrated Student Loan program. Please note student loans will not cover student kits.

Course Duration Full-Time 

900 Hours; 24 Weeks

Monday – Tuesday – Wednesday - Friday: 8:30 am. - 4:00 pm, Thursday 12:30 pm – 8:00 pm

Course Duration Part-Time 

900 Hours; 40 Weeks

Monday to Wednesday: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm

 

Fees: Registration Fee (payable at the time of registration): $200.00

*Registration fee is not a portion of the tuition amount and is non-refundable*

Program start dates: January, March, May, July, September and November.
